Given our ready-to-use system, we have also proven to have a significantly faster implementation time, which on average takes a mere four weeks. Additionally, what Metalshub offers compared to others is a vibrant network of existing sellers and buyers. This allows participants to discover new counterparties and create a significantly higher business value with Metalshub compared to non-industry specific providers. Is it possible to cancel a transaction concluded on Metalshub?

The transaction confirmation agreed between the buyer and the seller on Metalshub comprises a legally binding contract. The contract can only be cancelled if both parties agree to do so.

Sellers are able to forfeit up to 100% of a single invoice without recourse and without the need of a framework contract. Working together with Walbing Technologies GmbH, a leading FinTech for trade finance, Metalshub forfaiting allows sellers to tap into a pool of over 30 institutional investors, including well-known debt and pension funds. This enables the service to offer up-to-date, competitive rates in the live trading environment of Metalshub. Sellers will be able to use the option to forfeit invoices not only for transactions concluded on Metalshub, but also for transactions concluded outside of Metalshub. (Disclaimer: We currently offer Metalshub forfaiting for sales in EUR, USD, GBP and CHF. Sellers from Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the Netherlands are eligible to participate. Discount rates will be calculated weekly, and the investors and rating agencies may exclude buyers with non-supported risk profiles at any time)

Yes, our software solutions can easily be connected to all systems in your IT landscape via an API (Application Programming Interface). Numerous customers have securely connected Metalshub with their CTRM and ERP systems to push and/or pull relevant data. You can also connect Metalshub’s Sales Solution with your inventory or production software to connect your data across teams.
