We are arguably the most multidisciplinary team, which deals with topics ranging from finance & strategy to compliance and office management. This allows us to work on cross-functional projects, where we strive to enable other functions to deliver the most value to our customers. We are also the interface to many external partners, where we help coordinate and ensure that a value-adding outside-in perspective is applied to our business.

We help Metalshub unlock supply chain value for our customers by managing our strategy, ensuring sound finances and running smooth operational processes. Additionally, we also make sure our team is happy by managing our office and organising events!

ProjectsProjects

At Metalshub, we leverage the OKR methodology to help us execute our strategy on a quarterly basis. Finding the right drumbeat of planning & alignment meetings while staying efficient and agile is not easy. In the end, we found that with dedicated functional owners and an institutionalised quarterly cascade we were able to strike the right balance and guide the teams along our strategic roadmap.

At Metalshub, we have numerous active parties on our platform. To ensure these companies are adhering to the latest regulations, standards and do not violate any sanctions, we conduct a thorough due diligence process known as KYC. This process is continuously optimised and updated by the team to make sure the highest level of diligence is applied.

The high diversity brings a wide range of experience to collect the best ideas and develop creative solutions together. We work in flat hierarchies and our management encourages us to grow with the company.
